up about 0.4% each in afternoon trade
    ** 10 of 13 major sector indexes higher, led by auto stocks
 .NIFTYAUTO 
    ** Mahindra & Mahindra  MAHM.NS  jumps 5% after new car
launch; stock is top gainer in Nifty 50 and auto indexes
    ** Auto index gaining ahead of April auto sales data due on
Wednesday
    ** Brokerage Anand Rathi expects healthy wholesale growth in
passenger vehicle and strong double-digit growth for 2-wheelers
    ** Phoenix Mills  PHOE.NS , Macrotech Developers  MACE.NS 
take Nifty Realty  .NIFTYREAL  up 1.7% 
    ** Domestically-focussed midcaps  .NIFMDCP100  and smallcaps
 .NIFSMCP100  advance 0.5% and 0.3%, respectively
