** India's Nifty realty index  .NIFTYREAL  rises 2.7%, set
for best week in nine 
    ** NIFTYREAL set to snap three-week losing streak, if gains
hold  
    ** DLF  DLF.NS , heaviest stock on the 10-member index,
gains ~6% and is top pct gainer
    ** DLF gains after JP Morgan hikes PT on earnings momentum
    ** Nine constituents of the index see gains 
    ** Godrej Properties  GODR.NS , Oberoi Realty  OEBO.NS ,
Brigade Enterprises  BRIG.NS  gain between 2.4%-3%
    ** NIFTYREAL gains ~33.7% YTD vs 13% rise in Nifty 50
