India's Nifty realty index hits record high on demand bets

** India's Nifty realty index  .NIFTYREAL  rises 3% to hit a
record high     
    ** Index rises in 12 out of 14 sessions on the back of
strong Q2 results, easing inflation  
    ** All stocks in the index end in positive territory
    ** "Favourable inflation readings in the U.S. and India have
accelerated buying in interest rate-sensitive sectors, such as
realty," says Ajit Mishra, SVP Research at Religare Broking,
adding that the sector had performed well in Q2 
    ** Realty index up 58.2% YTD vs 10.8% decline in 2022
