India's Nifty Realty index up despite broader market losses

** Nifty Realty  .NIFTYREAL  index up 0.9%
    ** Sobha Ltd  SOBH.NS  top gainer on index, up 6.4%
    ** All stocks in NIFTYREAL up except for Brigade Enterprises
 BRIG.NS , Macrotech Developers  MACE.NS  and Swan Energy
 SWAN.NS  which are down 0.9%, 0.5% and 0.2%, respectively
    ** Broader benchmark Nifty 50  .NSEI  index down 0.5%
    ** NIFTYREAL fell on Tuesday after a seven-session rally to
multiple record highs
    ** Property consultant Knight Frank Research said Indian
real estate developers recorded all-time high sales and launches
of residential units in H2CY23
    ** Seven out of 10 cos in the index have "buy" or "strong
buy" avg analyst ratings on stocks - LSEG data
    ** Godrej Properties  GODR.NS , Oberoi Realty  OEBO.NS  avg
rating is "hold"; Swan Energy  SWAN.NS  doesn't have any ratings
