** Management software maker's shares  AMSWA.O  down 12.5
pct at $15.7 after Q1 rev missed estimate
    ** Q1 revenue of $27.4 mln vs est of $28.7 mln
    ** Co also reported Q1 adj profit of $0.07/shr vs $0.6/shr
    ** More than 280,000 shares traded, 2.9x times their 25-DMA
    ** Despite Wednesday's loss, stock up ~35 pct YTD.
