** Shares of management software maker  AMSWA.O  rise 20% to
$19.04, a near 19-year high, on better-than-expected Q3 profit
and revenue
    ** Co set for highest intra-day pct gain in over 11 years
    ** AMSWA beat profit estimates four times in last eight
quarters
    ** Results boosted by more than two-fold jump in license
fees; subscription fees also rise ~57% 
    ** Stock among best performers across U.S. exchanges 
    ** AMSWA had risen 42.4% in 2019
