** Software services provider's shares  AMSWA.O  up as much
as 9 pct at $16.34, highest in over 18 years
    ** Stock is the second-top pct gainer in Nasdaq computer
index  .IXK 
    ** Q4 revenue rises 12 pct to $29.4 mln helped by cloud
services segment
    ** Co's annual subscription fee revenue from its
software-as-a-service, a component under cloud services segment,
more-than-doubled in Q4 to $9.8 million 
    ** More than 103k shares traded, which is equal to their
25-day moving avg
    ** Including session's gains, stock had risen 28.5 pct YTD
compared to the broader index's  .IXK  12.71 pct gain
