Feb 6 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

    ENDESA  ELE.MC , NATURGY  NTGY.MC  
    Spain's competition watchdog CNMC has fined Endesa and
Naturgy 1.2 million euros ($1.25 million) for omitting relevant
information for consumers in their bills. 
    
    LOGISTA  LOG.MC  
    Logista said on Thursday its first-quarter net profit rose

    DIA said on Thursday it intends to hold a Capital Markets

    Neoenergia, a Brazilian subsidiary of Iberdrola, agreed to
sell control of the Baixo Iguacu hydroelectric plant to France's
EDF, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday. 
    Separately, HSBC raised its target price to 15.9 euros from

    TALGO  TLGO.MC 
    Spanish steel maker Sidenor has offered to pay up to 4.80
euros per share for the 29.9% stake in train maker Talgo
currently held by investment fund Trilantic, newspaper Cinco
Dias reported without specifying its sources.

    Barclays raised its target price to 20.5 euros from 20
