affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    The company said on Friday its board approved a share

    Telefonica said on Monday its Unit Telefonica Infra agreed
with Asterion Industrial Partners to buy a 20% stake in Nabiax

    Spanish pharmaceuticals company Almirall  ALM.MC  said on
Monday its first quarter net profit fell 38.7% to 29.8 million
euros ($36.21 million) while revenues decreased 10% as a result
of the COVID-19 crisis and rising competition from generic drug

    Spanish real estate company Aedas Homes reported on Monday
its full year net profit went up 123% to 85.1 million euros

    Spanish biopharmaceutical company Oryzon reported on Friday

    Spain's GAM said on Friday it registered bond programme of

    Alantra has taken a step forward in its diversification
strategy in its asset management business launching a new
instrument to invest in listed technology companies worldwide,

with high growth potential that operate in sectors related to
the changes arising from digital transformation.
