Sept 23 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

    Spanish bank Sabadell  SABE.MC  has received indicative bids
from France's Worldline  WLN.PA , Italy's Nexi  NEXII.MI  and
U.S. firm Fiserv  FISV.O  for its payments arm, with a deal
valued at up to 400 million euros ($394 million), three sources

    Fluidra said on Friday it completed buy-back program
reaching 3.5 mln euros, representing about 1.79% of its share

    Logista said on Friday it acquired 100% of the share capital

    Iberdrola plans to accelerate its growth in the U.S.,
through its Avangrid  AGR.N  unit, with investments worth 15
billion euros ($14.73 billion) over the period 2022-2025, mainly
on the grid business, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion
reported on Friday.

    Citigroup cut the company to "neutral" from "buy" and raised
