Result of AGM

 

Logistics Development Group plc, the AIM Investing Company, announces that at
its Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. on 3 May 2023, all 10
resolutions put to the members were passed on a poll. Accordingly, resolutions
1-8 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 9 and 10 were passed
as special resolutions.

 

The results of the polls are set out below:
