Brief: Lokum Deweloper unit wins tender for property in Wroclaw, Poland

April 20 (Reuters) - Lokum Deweloper SA  LKD.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that its wholly owned unit, Olczyk Sp. z 
o.o. Lokum 7 Sp. k., won a tender for a property located in 
Wroclaw, Poland 
    * The tender was announced by Wroclaw Medical University 
    * The transaction price is 13.44 million zlotys ($3.55 
million) 
    * The unit will acquire the property under the transferring 
agreement with the prior consent of the Poland's Treasury 
Ministry and only if Municipality of Wroclaw has not exercised 
its right of first refusal
