                CHANGE OF LISTING CATEGORY ON THE OFFICIAL LIST

London & Associated Properties PLC (the "Company"), the specialist retail
investor, announces that following a resolution approved by its shareholders at
the General Meeting on 4 July 2012, the Company's listing category has today
been transferred from "Premium Listing" to "Standard Listing".
