Notice of AGM

 

London BTC Company Limited (BTC:L) the London Stock Exchange Main Market-listed Bitcoin treasury company with active mining operations across the United States and Canada, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy has been sent to Shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW at 10:00 a.m. on 6 August 2025.

The Notice of AGM will also be available on the Company's website.
