Company dedicated to building a robust Bitcoin treasury through a dual
approach: decentralised mining operations across North America and strategic
acquisitions of Bitcoin assets announces that its Chairman, David Lenigas and
Finance Director Rob Scott via Carimar International Holdings Limited have
purchased shares in the Company on 13 November 2025, details of which are set
