Results of Annual General Meeting

 

 

London, New York, August 6, 2025, London BTC Company Limited, the London Stock
Exchange Main Market-listed bitcoin treasury company with active mining
operations across the United States and Canada, announces that all of the
resolutions set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting held at 10 am
today, 6 August 2025, were duly passed.

 1.  To receive and adopt the audited accounts for the 18-month financial period    244,827,663  99.99  30,506   0.01  244,858,169
     ended 28 February 2025, together with the Report of the Directors and the
     Auditors Report.

 2.  To confirm the reappointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors of the Company  244,822,633  99.98  44,706   0.02  244,867,339
     and authorises the Directors to determine their remuneration.
 3.  To re-elect Robert Scott who was appointed as Finance Director and who is      244,838,171  99.99  24,458   0.01  244,863,629
     subject to re-election in accordance with the Company's Articles.
 4.  To authorise the Board to issue any number of further Shares or other          244,787,141  99.97  80,198   0.03  244,867,339
     Securities as they shall in their discretion determine.
