Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2010
The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that they have
today declared an interim dividend of 17 pence per ordinary share of one pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There are currently 12,273,548 Ordinary
Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is GBP2,086,503.
The above dividend will be paid on 10 December 2010 to shareholders on the
register on 19 November 2010 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on
17 November 2010.
