In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 London Security PLC is required to notify the market of the following:
London Security PLC's issued share capital consists of 12,270,948 ordinary shares of nominal value 10p each with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, currently the total number of voting rights in London Security PLC is 12,270,948.
