The Company announces that, with effect from 12 February 2024, Jean-Pierre
Murray, a Non-Executive Director since August 2008, will assume the role of
Non-Executive Vice-Chairman.

 

Jean-Pierre Murray is Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of Andrews Sykes Group PLC
