TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
London Security plc announces that on 19 January it purchased 400 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1200 pence per share.
The purchase equates to approximately 0.003% of the issued share capital at that time.
Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is 12,270,548.
