TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
London Security plc announces that on 01 March 2011 it purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1,425 pence per share.
The purchase equates to approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital at that time.
Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is 12,267,748.
