TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
London Security plc announces that on 02 June 2011 it purchased 3,375 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1,437.5 pence per share.
The purchase equates to approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital at that time.
Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is 12,264,373.
