LSEGA US Fin Corp. 4.000% senior unsecured guaranteed US$ bonds

The Board of LSEG US Fin Corp. (the "Company") announces the release of its
Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024. The Company is a wholly
owned subsidiary of LSEGA, Inc with ultimate parent company being London Stock
Exchange Group plc ("LSEG"), the guarantor of the notes. The consolidated
results of LSEG, which include the results of the Company, were released on 27
February 2025.

The Annual Report and Accounts of the Company have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts are also available on the Company's
website: www.lseg.com.
