NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT 
AND CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES  
 
LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric" or "Company") announces the appointment of Kitty Patmore as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
Kitty Patmore is Chief Financial Officer of Harworth Group plc and has 15 years of finance, banking and real estate lending experience drawn from roles at Harwood, DRC Capital and Barclays Bank PLC. 
 
Kitty also joins as a member of the Company's audit committee, replacing Andrew Livingston on that committee. Furthermore, Andrew is appointed to the Company's remuneration committee whilst Robert Fowlds is appointed to its nomination committee. All changes are with immediate effect.
 
There is no additional information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
