LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC

 Dividend Declaration

 

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") today declares a 4.5% increase in
its first quarterly interim dividend for FY 2022/23 to 2.3 pence per Ordinary
Share ("Dividend").

 

The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and is in
line with LondonMetric's progressive dividend policy.

 

The timetable is set out below and it is intended that a scrip dividend
alternative will be available to shareholders:

 

 Ex-Dividend date       1 September 2022
 Record date            2 September 2022
 Dividend payment date  7 October 2022
