RESULTS OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Longboat Energy plc held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 11.00am on
Thursday 22 June 2023. All resolutions presented at the AGM were put to the
meeting on a poll and were passed with the requisite majority. The full
