Nov 15 (Reuters) - An alert on Barclays Bank Plc
BARCR.UL filing for a resale of up to 5.02 mln shares of its
Class A common stock was incorrect and has been withdrawn as the
bank did not file for any such offering on Nov. 15.
The U.S. regulatory filing for the secondary offering was
