Exercise of Share Options

 

The Company announces that the Executive Directors have today exercised nil
cost options to acquire ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company
("ordinary shares") pursuant to the terms of the Company's Long Term-Incentive
Plan ("LTIP").

 

In accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, detailed
