Lookers plc is a United Kingdom-based automotive retail and aftersales service company. The Company is engaged in the provision of selling new and used vehicles and providing aftersales services. The Company operates three leasing business: Lookers Leasing, Fleet Financial and Vehicle Rental Services (VRS). Its services capabilities include scheduled maintenance, vehicles diagnostics or repair, including tires, batteries, exhaust wheel alignment and maintenance plans. It provides repairs of all types from major damage insurance work cosmetic repairs, including alloy wheel refurbishment. It provides maintenance and repair from approximately 144 franchise locations and online services across the United Kingdom and Ireland. It also operates a fleet business, approximately 11 multi-franchise standalone used cars centers, three accident repair centers, and mobile service and cosmetic repair vehicles.
