Lookers plc is a United Kingdom-based automotive retail and aftersales service company. The Company is engaged in the provision of selling new and used vehicles and providing aftersales services. The Company operates three leasing businesses: Lookers Leasing, Fleet Financial and Vehicle Rental Services (VRS). Its services capabilities include scheduled maintenance, vehicle diagnostics or repair, including tires, batteries, exhaust wheel alignment and maintenance plans. It provides repairs of all types from major damage insurance work to cosmetic repairs, including alloy wheel refurbishment. It provides maintenance and repair from approximately 144 franchised dealerships that are operating across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Company also has approximately 32 manufacturer brands.
