Notice of AGM

 

LoopUp Group plc (AIM: LOOP), the cloud platform for premium hybrid
communications, announces that it has today issued its Notice of the Annual
General Meeting. The Company intends to publish its preliminary results for
the year ended 31 December 2022 at 7 a.m. tomorrow, 7 June 2023.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available to view on the
Company's website: www.loopup.com/investors (http://www.loopup.com/investors)
and has been posted to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.
The Company will hold its AGM at 11.00 a.m. on 30 June 2023 at the offices of
Panmure Gordon at 40 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BT.
