Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

Lords, a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, announces that
it will be presenting via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday, 11
September 2025 at 11.00am (BST).

 

The presentation will provide existing and prospective investors the
opportunity to listen to management discuss the Group's financial results for
the six months ended 30 June 2025 ("HY-2025"), which are being released to the
market earlier that day.

 

It will be hosted by Shanker Patel (CEO) and Stuart Kilpatrick (CFO), and
there will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Lords was established over 40 years ago as a family business with its first
retail unit in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.  Since then, the Group has
