Lotte shopping says sells China retail operator for $272 mln

SEOUL, May 11 (Reuters) - Lotte Shopping Co Ltd 023530.KS
said on Friday that its unit sold one of its retail store
operators to China's Liqun Commercial Group 601366.SS for 291
billion won ($272.5 million).
The company said in a regulatory filing that the sale was
for the efficiency of its China business.
