MILAN, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Gamma Intermediate completed
the sale of 9.5% of Lottomatica LTMC.MI through an accelerated
bookbuilding process, raising some 300 million euros, the group
said on Thursday.
The 24 million shares were sold at 12.5 euros each, Gamma
said in a statement.
Following the placement, Gamma Intermediate will retain
a stake of 41.9% of Lottomatica and has agreed to a 60-day
lock-up for its remaining shares in the gaming group.
Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and
J.P.Morgan acted as joint global coordinator and joint
bookrunners. Apollo Capital Solutions Europe (ACSE), BNP Paribas
and UniCredit acted as joint bookrunners.
