Sept 20 (Reuters) - Lottomatica LTMC.MI shareholder
Gamma Intermediate completed the sale of a 6% stake in the group
at a price of 11.10 euros per share ($12.39) through an
accelerated bookbuilding launched late on Thursday, the Italian
betting firm said on Friday.
Gamma Intermediate, which now holds a 51.5% stake in
Lottomatica, raised total gross proceeds of 166.5 million euros.
It expects to conclude the settlement on or around September 24,
the statement added.
Lottomatica shares closed on Thursday at 11.61 euros per
share.
Barclays Bank and Deutsche Bank acted as joint global
coordinators and joint bookrunners, Lottomatica said.
In March, Gamma Intermediate sold a 7.9% Lottomatica stake
at a price of 10.90 euro per share through an accelerated
bookbuilding.
