gains hold 
    ** Uranium miner says co has received regulatory approvals
from Botswanan authorities to acquire all shares of
African-focused uranium player A-Cap 
    ** Adds A-Cap will conduct meetings to approve scheme on
Friday, Oct. 20 
    ** Stock nearly flat this year, as of last close
