Fortress Investment Group to buy UK's Loungers in $444 mln deal

Nov 28 (Reuters) - Loungers LGRS.L , which operates cafes, bars and restaurants across the UK, said on Thursday that it would be bought by U.S.-based investment firm Fortress Investment Group at an enterprise value of about 350.5 million pounds ($443.6 million).
