Wall Street's main indexes inched higher on Wednesday following a sharp sell-off earlier in the week, as investors set their eyes on Nvidia's earnings that could prove to be a make-or-break moment for the AI trade.  .N

At  1031 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.20% at 46,182.55. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.90% at 6,676.77, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.48% at 22,763.88.
