Nvidia is expected to report its fourth-quarter earnings,
with investors looking for the company to deliver a sizable
revenue beat and strong forward outlook, particularly around
AI-driven data-center demand.
Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City President Jeffrey Schmid is
scheduled to speak on monetary policy and the economic outlook
in a fireside chat and moderated Q&A before the Economic Club of
Colorado (1100/1600). Meanwhile, St. Louis Fed President Alberto
Musalem is set to take part in a moderated discussion on “The
Role of the Federal Reserve in the St. Louis Region” at the
Missouri Athletic Club Speaker Series (1320/1820). Separately,
Richmond Fed President Thomas Barkin is slated to join a panel
Q&A at the Northern Virginia Chamber Annual State of the Region
event (0935/1435).
Paramount Skydance is expected to report its fourth-quarter
results, helped by higher engagement at Paramount+ streaming
service. Investors will be looking out for more commentary on
its raised bid to acquire Warner Bros Discovery.
Lowe's is expected to report its fourth-quarter earnings.
Investors will be watching for management's read on consumer
health, early spring-season trends and any commentary on
potential impacts from the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on former
President Donald Trump's global tariffs.
TJX is expected to post its fourth-quarter earnings. Investors
will look for comments on forecasts, potential margin pressures
and the health of the lower-income consumer.
Pinnacle West Capital is expected to report its fourth-quarter
earnings. Investors will be looking for comments on power bills
and data center expansions.
APA Corp is expected to report its fourth-quarter earnings.
Analysts expect the company to report a profit of 64 cents per
share, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Bank of Montreal is expected to publish its first-quarter
earnings. Investors will look for management's comments on its
growth path, particularly in the United States.
Loblaw Companies is expected to post its fourth-quarter
earnings. Investors will look out for comments regarding the
impact of tariffs by the U.S and Canada on supply, production
costs and consumer sentiment in Canada.
On the Latin American economic tap, Mexico's current account
surplus likely widened to $11.520 million during the
fourth-quarter, from $2.325 million in the previous quarter.
Separately, Brazil's primary budget surplus data for January is
projected to show that the budget surplus widened to 88.803
billion Brazilian reais from 22.107 billion Brazilian reais
posted in December. Meanwhile, Brazil is expected to issue
foreign exchange flows figures for the week ending 20th February
and bank lending data for January. Additionally, Argentina's
statistics agency, INDEC, is set to release retail sales figures
for December.
