** Shares of Australia's Loyal Lithium Ltd  LLI.AX  rise as
much as 47% to A$0.61, set for their best day since Aug 16, if
gains hold  
    ** The lithium miner says drilling has found spodumene
bearing pegmatite at co's Trieste lithium project in Quebec,
Canada
    ** Stock hits highest level since Oct 11
    ** More than 4.5 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 559,965
    ** Stock up 40.7% YTD, based on last close
