Nov 2 (Reuters) - Mmg Australia Ltd  MMG.AX  
    * Proposes to raise between approximately HK$3.968 billion 
and HK$4.036 billion by way of rights issue of not less than 
2.65 billion rights shares 
    * Intends to use net proceeds from rights issue to repay 
existing debt and to support project development
