Change of Auditor
LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting and electro-mechanical system manufacturer, is pleased to announce that following the conclusion of a tender process overseen by the Company's audit committee, the Company has appointed RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as the Company's independent auditor for the financial year ended 30 September 2020. 
The Company's previous auditor, Grant Thornton UK LLP, has confirmed to the Company that it is not aware of any circumstances connected with its termination as auditor that it considers should be brought to the attention of the Board, creditors or shareholders of the Company.
