Director Shareholding

LPA Group plc, the innovation-led engineering specialist in electronic and
electro-mechanical components, announces that it was informed on 18 February
2025 that Stuart Stanyard, Chief Financial Officer purchased 20,000 ordinary
shares in the Group at a price of 56.1 pence per share on 18 February 2025.

Following the above purchase, Stuart Stanyard is beneficially interested in
40,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.30 per
cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
