A$1.045, set for best day ever, if gains hold
    ** Stock hits highest level since December 2008    
    ** Biopharma co says it achieved positive initial results
from its clinical study of SPONTAN - a nasal spray treatment for
erectile dysfunction
    ** Positive data results will be used for regulatory filings
in key markets - co
    ** Over 3.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 384,372
    ** LTP up 85.5% YTD, as of last close
