    ** Diamond miner says it will raise up to A$1.5 mln 
($956,250.00) via a share purchase plan at A$0.02 per share
    ** Issue price represents a 16.7% discount to co's last
close
    ** About 1.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 486,000
    ** Stock down 88.7% YTD, including session's moves
