** Shares of Australia-based diamond miner Lucapa Diamond
 LOM.AX  rise as much as 3.8% to A$0.054
    ** Co says its outlook for the remainder of the year remains
positive and it will continue to build on growth vision

    ** Says it's looking forward to releasing the results of a
feasibility study for the Merlin Diamond Project in the Northern
Territory, Australia in the second half of 2022
    ** Says it is well positioned to meet both operational and
exploration objectives for the year    
    ** Co posts half-yearly revenue from ordinary activities of
$12.9 mln, down 23% from a year earlier 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Aug. 24
    ** More than 24,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 1.1 mln shares
    ** Stock down 42.2% this year, as of last close
