LUCARA SHARE CAPITAL AND VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE

 

VANCOUVER, August 31, 2023 /CNW/ - (LUC - TSX, LUC - BSE, LUC - Nasdaq
Stockholm)

 

Lucara Diamond Corp. ("Lucara" or the "Company") reports the following in
accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act:

 

The Company issued 450,000 common shares to its largest shareholder, Nemesia
S.a.r.l. as consideration for providing a Liquidity Guarantee of up to $15.0
million in aggregate, as described in the Company's news release from August
23, 2023. The number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company has
increased to 455,028,873 common shares with voting rights as at August 31,
2023.

 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 455,028,873.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Swedish Financial
Instruments Trading Act on disclosure of major shareholdings (Transparency
Rules).
