APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Luceco plc ("Luceco" or the "Group"), a leading designer and manufacturer of residential and commercial electrification products and systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Mines as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 August 2026.
Andrew is an experienced FTSE 100 executive who is currently Managing Director of the Electric Thermal Solutions division of Spirax Group plc, the global provider of thermal energy and fluid technology solutions that is playing a critical role in enabling the transition to net zero. He joined Spirax in 2019, initially as Managing Director of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions business.
Andrew brings broad international industrial experience, having previously spent 23 years at Illinois Tool Works Inc (ITW), the S&P 500 global multi-industrial manufacturer. He was latterly Executive Vice President, Global Construction Products, where he was also a member of the ITW's executive leadership team.
