Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting
 
Following the announcement on 23 April 2020 of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2019, Luceco plc announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts 2019.
The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 12.00pm on Thursday 4 June 2020 at the Group's registered office, Building E Stafford Park 1, Stafford Park, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3BD.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and the Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.lucecoplc.com. 
They have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Copies of those documents have been posted or otherwise made available to the Company's shareholders.
