The following notification is made under article 19.1 and in accordance with article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") in relation to disposals of shares by Jonathan Hornby and is wife to Deanmor Investments. Deanmor Investments is a company owned by Jonathan and Philippa Hornby and their children. Therefore, the transactions resulted in no change to the combined beneficial shareholdings of Jonathan Hornby and his PCAs.
