Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

 

Luceco plc ("Luceco" or the "Group"), the leading designer and manufacturer of
residential and commercial electrification products and systems, announces the
appointment of Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") as joint
corporate broker with immediate effect. Jefferies will act alongside the
Company's existing corporate broker, Peel Hunt.
